A gem of a hotel with amazing staff

We stayed for a week for a sporting event, and this hotel was easily one of the best in Kutno. The rooms are exactly as described on the website. They are fairly basic and we certainly missed air conditioning, but we were lucky enough to have a balcony to allow some air flow through the room. They are also very clean and were serviced every day. Breakfast in the morning is very good and the staff were very accommodating. The secret ingredient at this hotel though is the staff. The owner was super helpful and gave us recommendations on places to visit and what foods to try while we visited, and the staff indulged us every day with our pretty sad attempt to learn Polish while we were there! They gave recommendations to other local establishments and were always quick to offer help when needed. The train station is directly opposite the hotel but there was really no noise that bothered us during our stay. I would highly recommend the hotel and its amazing staff if you are ever in the Kutno area.

More than I expected

I really recommend this hotel and restaurant.
I've spent 2 nights on the comfortable beds and in the nice room. I've tried very tasty dishes in the restaurant, which I've made photo's. Also the breakfest was good and the coffee from coffee machine. Stuff was jently and speaking english. The restaurant and the room was clean

Excellent Hotel witha boutique feel.

3 star rating does not do it justice. Excelent small hotel opposite the main train station booking office. Reminded me of a Boutique style hotel. The room was well proportioned and my single bed was extreemly comfortable. The shower was powerful and the well designed and furnished room extreemly clean. The wide choice of TV chanels, WiFi and coffee making facilities were great. My room was at the front of the building, but I did not hear any of the traffic outside or the trains passing through the busy station. The staff were polite and very helpful. The Polish Continental style breakfast was plentiful and the Chef tried to make it interesting. Unfortunatly I am a non-onion eating person, so did not apreciate onions & spices in the fried egg. A Resteraunt was open in the evening offering a wide range of Polish cuisine. Fantastic value for money.

Okropnie

Hotel miał imprezę okolicznosciowa, my tam tylko nocowaliśmy, rano śniadanie okropne, jajecznica z łaska z brudnej patelni, śniadanie porażka nawet w zwykłym pensjonacie są o niebo lepsze!!! Bardzo mało jedzenia i chyba cześć po imprezie.... rano brudno na schodach nieposprzątane. Nigdy więcej! Nie polecam!

Struttura relativamente nuova, personale gentile e disponibile, pulizia e ordine generale.
Ristorante interno, piatti locali ben preparati, scelta ridotta ma sufficiente.
Parcheggio interno.
Non adatto per gruppi numerosi.
