Great hotel!
I was really pleased with my two-night stay here. I’d previously been to the PURO hotel in Kraków, and wondered if the equivalent in Łódź would be as impressive. It was. The hotel is very modern and makes good use of technology, with a tablet in each room controlling lighting, cleaning/do not disturb, check-out and so forth. The room was clean, with a great shower, comfortable bed, and view of the history museum and Manufaktura. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the stay was extremely reasonable. Free tea and coffee in the relaxing air-conditioned lounge area. Would definitely return and recommend!

Trip to Łódź
I stayed in this hotel for one night. Excellent hotel, new construction, modern spacious rooms with a beautiful view. Excellent location in the center. Very kind and professional staff. Excellent breakfast with a wide selection. Comfortable bed.

I highly recommend this hotel
This is one great hotel!
The staff staff was friendly and their English was excellent. Check-in and checkout went smoothly.
Our room room was amazing. We had a suite with a nice size living room and spacious bedroom. The rooms were very clean.
The hotel is located right across the street from an area that has shops and a lot of restaurants.

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience. Super luxury hotel, enough with the biggest buffet breakfast we've ever seen. Nice parking options. Very professional and friendly service throughout the hotel. Only little thing was that we thought the general temperature of the hotel and the rooms were a 2-4 degrees too cold! But overall a really good experience where you get value for money in every way.

Outstanding customer service!
Top-notch customer service from every single person at the hotel from reception to the bartender Ania to the people at breakfast They were extraordinarily helpful and that includes housekeeping. When I broke my ankle and had trouble, they rushed to get me ice packs and continued to offer help. We’ve traveled to over 35 countries around the world and lived overseas for many years and this was absolutely outstanding top-notch customer service. And a very nice breakfast with great toppings for yogurt as well as all the hot food options. We would definitely stay here again. This hotel is so modern and everything is convenient and comfortable.!
