I recommend, price and service great
We stayed one night at this hotel. The service was very friendly, the room I stayed in was super comfortable and clean and the shower was the best I used on my trip to Peru, very good. Coffee could improve a bit, my relatives picked cold coffee and lack of items, when I went down was hot, but the cheese had finished and did not repuse, details to improve, but the hotel is modern and new, I recommend. You can book and sleep quietly here.

Terrible experience: Late-night extortion and unacceptable service
We paid the agreed price for our room ($130 USD) at 9:30 PM. However, at 10:40 PM the staff came to our room demanding an extra $30 USD, threatening to kick us out late at night if we didn't pay. Under pressure, we had to pay an additional $15 USD. To make matters worse, when we requested the official Complaint Book (Libro de Reclamaciones), they refused to provide it. Completely unprofessional and unethical. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Sin embargo, a las 10:40 p. m. el personal vino a buscarnos a la habitación a exigirmos $30 USD más, amenazándonos con sacarnos a la calle a casi medianoche si no accedíamos. Tuvimos que pagar $15 USD adicionales bajo presión. Para colmo, cuando pedimos el Libro de Reclamaciones se negaron a entregarlo. Cero profesionalismo y ética. ¡Eviten este lugar!

This hotel is a little off the beaten path. It’s about one block past the area that feels active and safe. The lobby is very sparsely decorated and not very welcoming. We had two rooms. One of our rooms had hot water problems. Lots of cold showers. In our other room, the outlets did not work. The hotel staff was very responsive in fixing that problem. Overall, it was just fine.

We got there at the reception. we had reservation for junior suite with the balcony they didn’t have it available because they blame Expedia to double booked the same room and they gave it to another people.
They showed us another room cheaper room. They said they will give us credit back at the checkout. They were baring for the money they need to return to us.
We were very unhappy, staffs was rude and it took forever to check in and to check out

Spiders in rooms and water cut for days
I had the worst experience of my life at this hotel. I booked 4 nights for Booking (800 USD). the room was not the one booked (note that I confirmed the booking by WhatsApp with the hotel). Reception indicated they could not solve as the room was occupied by other passengers, we would have to wait for their check-out for the change. We spent the night in another room and it was a NIGHTMARE; in the middle of the morning my boyfriend wakes up with a scream to feel something on his FACE!! At the time we say to continue “sleeping” but when moving the bed we clearly noticed that the piece was not properly maintained, it was full of dust in all corners. The next day the receptionist with a chuckle tells us that it is something “normal” for rains. The WORST IS NOT HERE. On day 2 of my stay at about noon we ran out of water, and on day 3 after returning exhausted from the tour to Machupicchu, again there was no water. reception notes that it will return yes or yes in the night, but never returned. My boyfriend decides to go buy water in bottles so we can wash, and when he returns at about 23:30 - 24:00 hrs, the receptionist was not there and he was left on the street. We called her contact for more than 30 minutes, but there was no answer, we sought to open a door located in the hotel kitchen for her to get in... we literally felt super impaired. Finally we washed with cold water from the bottles, waiting for the water to return the next morning. BUT NO! we were supposed to check-out and continue our trip, but the water NEVER CAME BACK... imagine our state of dirt and above unsanitary bathroom since we could not even flush pond toilet. Finally Reception indicates that we can use another piece that has only COLD water!. Again we bathed with ice water and drips as it also ran out. When you check-out, we are told that the administrator will talk to us. NEVER APPEARED, had us waiting for more than 40 minutes at reception and never arrived. To this day, he never contacted us or apologized. The only people who deserve respect in that hotel are the loving people who served us in the kitchen during breakfast. The rest was all horrible, the worst experience and hopefully no one else will.
