El hotel se encuentra a tres cuadras de la plaza de armas y a 6 del mercado central, el hotel es una casona antigua típica arequipeña, el personal es muy amable, la habitación es amplia, comoda y limpia, el desayuno americano es agradable con variedad de jugos de papaya y piña.

Lousy Hostal La Posada del Sol

The only good thing about this hostel is its location. I arrived at the hostel and my surprise was to find an old room with the door badly made, the closet with the door unsquared, old sheets, super heavy tiger bedspreads, the bathroom DIRTY!!, THE WATER ALL WORN BY THE USE AND DIRTY, THERE WAS NO TOILET PAPER, THE SHOWER DIRTY WITH HAIRS, they give you a LITTLE SOAP and do not give you shampo, they put a super thin towel by the wear. The room has a super old and hard mattress, the head of the bed all full of dust, etc... lousy the hostel. If you suffer from allergies, do not go to this hostel for any reason, all dirty and full of mites why do not wash the blankets. And the staff that don't even tell you good morning. All my friends concluded that we would never return to this hostel.

Nice view of the vulcanos

It has a nice view of the volcanos, a good option if you dont want spend a lot and still get some comfort. Another thumbs up is that is on downtown, so everything is kinda close, you don't have to walk far to see some of the Arequipas attractions.

Elige las habitaciones delanteras

Incluye un desayuno básico: Vaso de jugo, panes con mermelada o mantequilla e infusión.
El Hostal es bastante limpio, agua caliente y TV , con un muy buen precio, local céntrico y el personal es muy amable.
Tip,- Elige una habitación que de a la calle, son bastante iluminadas y no se escucha el ruido de la calle

Sin dudas volvería!

Hermoso hostal en una casona arequipeña muy bien mantenida. Tienen habitaciones con baño compartido y con baño privado y desayuno. Todas con TV y WIFI. Muy limpio y cómodo. Poseen un lugar de guardado de equipaje para después del check out en caso de que sea requerido. Los chicos hacen muy buenas sugerencias turísticas. Fueron muy amables, nos calentaron agua para el mate y nos llamaron un taxi de confianza.
Está muy bien ubicado, a dos cuadras del Monasterio de Santa Catalina.
