Great

Clean room, although small; the air conditioning was an extra charge. They offer a good number of games in the entertainment area. It is close to the beach (1 block walking).

The hotel it's clean. The staff is welcoming, helpful, and very friendly. The location is not adequate, I didn't like it because the area looked dangerous and dirty, but it wasn't that bad. The hotel is near to the beach, you have to walk for about 5 minutes to get in. I recommend the hotel, you get what you piad for, just arrived with your own car, because there is not transportation near to the hotel. Extra points for the A/C.

The friendly staff made our stay here exceptional! Even though we had to use google translate, we never felt that we were wasting their time. Staff was always willing to help with general information, ordering taxis and anything else; including medical care when my husband got stung by a stingray!
Loved being within walking distance of the beautiful beach.

Gamora is love!

First of all, excellent attention since the first communication in January. Every facility we had to pay for the reservation before the trip was a pleasure. The pre-travel replies to all inquiries were graciously answered.
Arriving at the airport with the Taxi Service hired by the hotel, it was already feeling great, but the Welcoming on arrival was like a very warm hug. Every day with our breakfast in the room, the constant cleaning at each arrival of the tours (the tours we hired with the same hotel and it was the best thing we did), worrying about our safety in issues like getting us motorcycle taxis, for example, as a simple call because we could not find motorcycle taxis to return or leave, Miss Esther solved it immediately.
A theme that surprised my cousin and I was that after a tour that we finished after 11 a.m. and should call them to ask for the motorbike back, we asked Miss Esther to pick us up later so we could have breakfast there (breakfast was served from 8:00 to 11:00) but she, more than friendly and helpful, told us that they were waiting for us to have breakfast, which gave us a lot of surprise and joy, since we did not expect that breakfast detail.
They have been very nice days at the hotel, and the whole team made us feel lovingly welcomed.
I am a hotelier and I am a faith that it was not only a Great Service, it was a Loving Service. Thank you to Miss Esther, Melisa, Rebekah and Joselito for making us feel pampered. Thank you for worrying even about our transportation when we couldn’t find a way to come back and provide security in every way. We'll be back!
