What can I say about Mrs. Pilar’s accommodation… I stayed in room 08, which was simple, but met my needs. I liked the room, I just recommend that you change the pillow, as it is not good. That was the only thing I had to say about the accommodation, because otherwise it was excellent, the breakfast, despite being simple, was tasty and made with a lot of love. The accommodation is located in a neighborhood (district as they call it), in a very safe neighborhood and very close to the Magdalena market, +- 10m walking, where the surrounding area has several restaurants, bars, places that sell desserts, crafts, everything!
Now comes the best part of the accommodation, the staff, who made me feel at home. Mrs. Rosita, Ramon, Rubí and, especially, Mrs. Pilar, are a case in point, they are out of the ordinary, as they are excellent to deal with. Always concerned with the Guest's needs, with a better service than at a hotel. Honestly, it is extremely difficult to find accommodation like this, so when you book, think about this issue very carefully, as it makes all the difference.
Regarding Mrs. Pilar, I only have to thank her for the 5 days I stayed at her house. What a good and pleasant hearted lady, I will definitely stay at Dona Pilar's house when I return to Lima. Long live Grandma Pilar!!

Very reasonable price.
Very close to everything, roomy, and inexpensive, a place to stay again for short or long trips. The beach I wouldn't recommend there, but the nicer beaches are not too far either.
We didn't have any problems with the hot water, breakfast is optional, the workers were very friendly.
