Excellent and cozy

It's worth it, for the super high season they treated us very well, the staff was very attentive, a pleasant trip, the pool was small but it was worth it, you always have to take the tours to be able to get to the places in peace, the view of Huacachina from The hotel is spectacular from the room we stayed in which was 206, without TV but very well placed, and the 4th floor was spectacular.

Bad surprise

The hostel is unfortunately in bad shape and the rooms are old.
The bed sheets had stains. The toilet and shower doors were broken.
There is not a lot of water pressure, but you got a hot shower, which is nice and the breakfast was ok.

Great room. Great Stay. Lovely staff.

The room was spacious. Great view on the town and sand dunes. Gorge at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The pool was very refreshing. The restaurant attached is a hidden gem. Food was authentic Peruvian fair and delicious. Prices were very reasonable. Would stay again.

Bad treatment

Not a good experience at all. We stayed two nights, both are very noisy. The walls of rooms are so thin, room is too small. The worst part is this hostal has no respect to customers. The first day we are told that restaurant is closed so we had to get takeaway breakfast (which is just a little sandwich). The second day, we arrived the restaurant at breakfast time but nothing was ready again, we had to wait for 50 minutes, when the breakfast finally come and it is just two nonfresh breads, butter, jam, eggs and juice. When we asked for two more breads they said it is charged! 50 minutes of waiting, no information and get that answer! As i said: no respect to people. It is not a cheap hostal. And there is absolutely nothing as service. Worst treatment ever, comparing to its price.

Lovely Home

It was my best experience in Peru. Manager Ezequiel is so helpful and beautiful person. Reception Sandra is cute and helpful also. All personels are so beautiful. Location is best. Comfort is maximum. Wiev, pool,food everything was so nice. I miss you guys
