Aceptable hotel

Bonito hotel. Seguro y con buena comida. Estacionamiento propio.Una piscina aceptable. Cerca a tuquillo y casma. Uno de los pocos hoteles que se salvan frente Huarmey. No está cerca de la plaza de Huarmey...tienen que ir más allá hacia el norte.

Rude.

We went to this restaurant for breakfast as we had no cash on us and our bus was at a different restaurant. The front had MasterCard and visa signs all over it. We still asked when we walked in if we could use our MasterCard and they said yes and there was no issue. When we went to pay (and in a bit of a rush as we didn't want the bus to leave) they told us that our card wouldn't work and we had to pay cash. I had already explained the reason why we are paying card is because we didn't have a sole. I looked at the machine and saw they were using the visa machine. They hadn't turned on the MasterCard machine so were trying to blame me. They then still accused me of not wanting to pay, the older man didn't know much but the younger guy in management was so incredible rude it was embarrassing. He continued to tell me that my card wasn't real, doesn't work etc whilst trying to use the card for 15 minutes and it not working. I had to tell him to wait (if I know then he obviously knows that the machine has to be turned on for about 20 minutes sometimes to start up) and sure enough it worked, to which he didn't say sorry but then accused me of putting the wrong pin in. It was the most stressful, unacceptable and unnecessary situation and we felt so sorry for the waitresses which were lovely.

Travelling through

Clean rooms Safe parking and the food was good,service in the Restaurante was good but my only complaints would be the pool is cold and green.the rooms smelled and looked very clean as was the bed, comfy lots of blankets double pillows that were very nice.

Muy buena y agradable

Están bonitas y limpias la habitaciones y con todos los servicios. Buena cochera y s un paso de Tuquillo. La comida es cara pero está buena sobretodo el ceviche de lenguado. La piscina riquísima y limpia se usa por turnos por la pandemia es chica pero no tanto

ESTAFA EN EL MENU

El local muy bonito, limpio y ordenado.
Pedimos la carta y los precios altos, hicimos los pedidos y empezaron los problemas:
1.- 45 soles por 200 gramos de lenguado.
2.- El ceviche recocinado, y pedimos uno picante y el otro sin picante, estoy seguro que tenían el ceviche preparado, porque los dos pedidos eran de la misma fuente y hechos con mucha anticipación.
3.- Un plato llego cuando terminábamos de almorzar, lo devolvimos.
4.- El bisteck a lo pobre con una carne dura y reseca.
5.- El refresco de maracuya no sabia a maracuya.
NO LO RECOMIENDO
