very good

A short walk just off the main square. Clean, comfortable and reasonalbly priced. Great helpful staff and a lovely breakfast. Rooms were simple and efficient. In the late evenings it was quiet Very safe and welcoming. I would stay again.

Credit card fraud and still no reply

Be warned. We didn’t actually stay here but our credit card was stolen while we were staying in Cusco at another hotel. Weirdly all of the payments taken out of the account, came from this hotel and on constant repeat from midnight onwards.
We reported this strange account activity to the police and they have a detailed report. We went into Nao Victoria hotel to ask if they could see who had used our card on their machines so many times. Luckily they have 2 security cameras over the reception … however, sadly both of them are broken. The receptionist called Jose the manager, he said he would look into this incident and get back to us. We are still waiting for his reply to whom used our card and spent a lot of money — over a few nights — in his hotel. I look forward to his reply.

Quiet and safe

It is a very quiet and nice space. The staff super friendly and predisposed to any questions you have. They managed to transport me from the airport to their hotel.
Very good storage spaces, you have a closet at the foot of your bed and you have a small drawer under the bed to store slippers and extra things. Everything can be padlocked.
It is super quiet because it is on a busy street and only 1 block from the Plaza de Armas

if you want a calm and chill hostel with a very comfortable, at home vibe this is lovely

I can only recommend this hostel. It's very quiet and chill. If you want to avoid a party hostel this is the one. Also a big plus is the insanely amazing buffet breakfast, it has a big selection which helps when you struggle with altitude sickness. The whole vibe is very comfortable i really loved my stay here.

Excellent place for an out-of-town getaway ️

I had a wonderful experience in Nao Victoria. From the start, the service was warm and professional. The facilities are impeccable, comfortable and well maintained, with decor that really invites rest. I felt at home but with all the comforts of a well thought out place for the traveler.
The location is perfect, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and welcoming. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and quality stay.
