Best hotel in Cusco

This hotel is undoubtedly one of the best in Cusco. Having stayed in several hotels in the city center, I can say that this one stands out above all. Its location on a hill offers spectacular views of both the mountains and the city of Cusco. The facilities are impeccable and have 24-hour herbal infusions available, which is a great detail for wellness and acclimatization.
What really makes this hotel special is its staff, especially the front desk. Miss Juana is very friendly, professional and was always willing to help us, making us feel comfortable and safe at all times. It even allowed us to store our luggage after check-out as we were travelling to Machu Picchu. Returning for our bags, she was very happy to see us again and asked us how our experience at Machu Picchu had been.
I have traveled to many countries, but I have never received such warm and attentive treatment as at this hotel. The staff really cares that guests enjoy their stay to the fullest and have an unforgettable experience in Cusco.

Delicious breakfast, helpful staff. Only issue on our return stay was the family room drains smelt. Staff cleaned room when i complained but it didnt really help. Our first stay was queen bed with view and the drains were fine, view fantastic

Neither fu nor fa

The hotel is not bad, yes it is true that it is not the best I have gone in my life. It lacks a little cleaning and better conditioning. What they do not tell you is that to get to the hotel you have to climb a good slope that with altitude sickness does not help anything. They offer breakfast, although it is somewhat scarce.
The staff is very attentive and helpful

Muy bonito hospedaje, tranquilo y con buena atencion. Solo hay que considerar que para ir a plaza de armas y viceversa hay que subir varias gradas si uno va caminando por el centro de Cusco.
