Check-in was quick and easy, room was clean and the air conditioning worked great. We ate in the restaurant for supper and it was absolutely amazing! The pool looks lovely, but we did not have time for a swim. We had to leave early for an excursion and they had a packed breakfast ready for us, which was lovely. The chocolate cake was amazing. Checkout was also easy and quick. The location was close to the grocery store that had a bank machine. This hotel met our needs very well and the price was great!

The breakfast is quite austere, one of the most austere I have seen in a hotel with breakfast included.

The room key malfunctioned twice and maintenance had to be called; on the other hand, on the day of check-out, starting at 10:00 AM, they begin sending messages for you to leave the room by 11:00 AM.

This place is too expensive for what they offer. The building itself is very old; the hot water takes a long time to warm up; the rooms feel dirty and outdated. While it's close to the airport, the main plaza, and other attractions, the city is so affordable that you can easily get around with Uber. The location is poor. The noise from the street, the bar, and the casino makes it impossible to sleep. The pool is the only good feature, but be prepared: since it's the only pool in the area, outsiders are allowed to use it during the day, and it gets very crowded, especially on weekends. Despite all these issues, the staff is amazing. They were the only reason it was somewhat worth staying here. However, this is not a 4-star hotel.

A bad experience

Disappointed, bad experience, I went with my family and I could not enjoy the pool, they allow people who are not staying there pay 40 suns and drunk almost naked, speaking pure smoothness, a vocabulary out of place, no matter that there were minors, nor would I go back there.
