Experience of a stay in Chiclayo

We had a good rest with the family, attentive to any situation that arises in the room environments and also security with the things we left while we performed our work chores. Grateful for the stay. It is not a luxury hotel but we felt safe on site and good cleaning of the bedding.

Short visit

90 soles for a double room is too much. We needed a cheap hotel to spend the night but we made a mistake choosing this hotel. There's no hot water in the shower, no smart TV and the service wasn't good. Wifi connection was poor and the room was small. Never go to this hotel. Take your time and find a good one. You can around main square because it's safe to take a walk at night.

Solid budget choice

We got stuck in Chiclayo needing one night budget accomodation extras and chose here, happy with our choice.
Good location very short walk to all key parts of town
Clean, good bathroom and very friendly staff
Really secure place
The only downside was the lack of outside ventilation in our room, fan not enough to keep air moving as no fresh outside air access (I always like to be able to open a window to outside, definitely didn't want or expect aircon).

Basic hotel for just sleeping

Stay for 6 nights. Near the main Park. Small rooms but clean. Pillows very uncomfortable. Basic breakfast with coffee, fruit juice and 2 pieces of bread. Simple but functional bathroom. Overall the room was just ok, nothing fancy but if you're in a budget I think is a good option.

good hotel

We reserved a week in advance and totally filled their inbox with questions about the payment of the rooms and the pickup from the airport, they were very helpful each time. It was a good hotel, I just would have wanted for the rooms to be bigger but they are just like in the pictures of the website so you can't really complaint about it. It is not close to the airport but they offer the option of picking you up and though the neighborhood is not the nicest one the staff is always trying to help you feel safe. I went with my family and rented a car, we parked it a block away and sometimes leaved it in front of the hotel and never had any problems. The breakfast was included and it was good, according to the fee.
