Excellent summer getaway

Quite safe location, breakfast was excellent more than I expected (they make fried eggs at no cost is a plus), the jacuzzi and the room with external view was very nice. Perfect for couples or maybe business because of its location. All staff attentive to serving us

Lousy would never stay at any of his hotel chains again

Terrible family room the stained walls did not work the TV in the room and I asked for a return of one night that I paid and to date I do not get a return since 23/05/2025 and we are 06/06/2025 and said 3 to 7 business days

THEY STEAL AT THIS HOTEL

In this hotel the employees entered my room and stole money from me. Look at the Facebook opinions so you can see that I wasn't the only one. I had a horrible and super stressful experience, it wasn't a lot of money but the mere fact that they opened my things, I felt horrible. Definitely horrible

Meets the necessary requirements.
Clean and good service. The water pressure in the shower is very good.
Very good internet signal.
I would improve the breakfast that is included.
Very delicious dinner. Two tasty and filling soups. Desserts are missing from the menu.

Nice but needs improvement

The Hotel is aceptable, the room has good quality bed, pellows, closet, refrigirator with snacks, just becarful because each snack is costly, the hot water runs quik, the problem is that there is no ELEVATOR, the Breakfast is a wanderful buffet, I believe this hotel qualifies for a 2.5 star category it needs an Elevator to be a 3 star hotel, the location is a little be difficult but is a safe place near a big avenue, if you need a taxi ask the hotel clerk to call for you. I visited the archeological site of TUCUME the Valley of the Piramids, it takes at list 3 days to visit all the TUCUME piramids.
