Nice location but noisy!

We spend 3 nights in a matrimonial room witch was very clean and comfortable. It was 60soles a night but there are cheaper options (dorms or private room with shared bathrooms). The breakfast was ok (fresh juice, hot drink and bread with eggs or tamale), you have Wi-Fi access, hot shower and you can use the kitchen if you want to cook. The building had lots of openings with the outside so it was a bit chilly but ok in the room. There were workers on the top floor of the building so from 7:30 am till the evening, it was very noisy but I guess it won't last long!

Dirty cheap

this was a cheap hostel. our room was basically plywood walls and a door that couldn´t be secured properly. The bed sheets looked like they hadn´t been washed....ever and the matresses felt like they had been slept in since the mid 90´s. The only upside to this place was their smokin´hot showers. Save yourself the trouble and find another place to stay.

Earplugs required

We stayed in a double room with private bathroom whilst waiting to move into our apartment.
The cleanliness and comfort of this hostel is sadly marred by it's noisiness both from the road outside and from the inside too.
Doors banging, people shouting, children screaming at all hours of the day and night, loud music and TV's blaring out were the norm during our 5 day stay.
Would not stay again and would not recommend more than 1 night

Buen descanso

Yo llegué a Chachapoyas muy tarde y no pude visitar muchos otros locales. Me atendieron muy bien en todo momento y encontré muchas cosas positivas:
El local está muy bien ubicado, a media cuadra de la plaza de armas y frente al mercado modelo, donde puedes comer a buen precio y comprar fruta para las excursiones.
Mi habitación fue muy cómoda, el baño siempre tuvo agua caliente. una TV grande y con buena variedad de canales. La cama fue cómoda y las frazadas abrigadoras. Es importante el buen descanso porque para visitar los diferentes atractivos tienes que salir temprano y vuelves muy cansado porque debes caminar mucho y en malas condiciones.
Lo negativo: El edificio no cuenta con ascensor así que paciencia con las grandes escaleras. Me cobraron 50 soles por una habitación con baño privado pero no incluía desayuno. El cuarto no contaba con closet, debe ordenar tu ropa en una repisa que no es muy funcional.

Buena estancia

Buena relación calidad y precio. El personal muy atento y dispuesto a atender y hacer de tu estadía la mejor. Al llegar tuve problemas con la conexión Wifi, cosa que arreglaron al momento. Servicio de limpieza ok, y el desayuno listo a tiempo (todas las excursiones salen temprano).
El hotel está creciendo y no tiene elevador. Muy cerca a la plaza central y a restaurantes, cafés, bares, si se piensa salir a caminar por la noche, está perfecta la ubicación.
