Good place and very nice owners!

A new hotel with big and clean rooms. There is everything you need to stay for a few days.
The hotel is located in a safe and quiet area with round the clock security. Nearby is a supermarket. The city center is to walk about 20-25 minutes, but you can take a taxi (5-7 G) or take the bus (1-2 G).
The rooms are clean and have big beds with good linens. There is a terrace with mountain views and also a few tables in a small garden.
The staff is very friendly, but speaks only Spanish. In English, you can chat with the hotel owner, who is always ready to help.
If you are looking for a quiet place where you can rest comfortably after exploring the Arequipa, in my opinion it is the place you need.

Unexpectedly good hotel

Owner excellent guy, we had a good conversation.
Rooms perfect, huge bath tube with jacuzzi.
Location is really good, big shopping center is nearby. We have been really satisfied.
Breakfast could be better, specially that the hotel is so nice.

Prezzo basso, nello standard del perù, camere e bagno da una notte e via, ubicazione camera tripla e doppia in locali esterni alla struttura con obbligo di uscita sul tetto calpestatile per poi rientrare in hall...negativa la colazione non compresa nel prezzo.

La calidad de la atención 100%, tranquilo y cómodo, la relación del precio y servicio es la mejor, fue una experiencia agradable en todo momento nos atendieron con mucha amabilidad, haciéndonos sentir en casa.

Muy buen servicio!

Muy recomendado hotel, me hospede por primera vez en el mes de mayo del 2016 y siempre que voy me hospedo ahí, tiene habitaciones amplias, limpias y muy cómodas. Por otro lado el servicio brindado por Jesús le da un plus adicional, ya que es muy amable y predispuesto a apoyarte en lo que necesitas.
