We will do this again!

The staff is amazing! Eli at breakfast is so sweet and super helpful. Services provided to my group were excellent and we experienced no issues. We spent 5 days in a conference room working through training and the staff made sure we had everything we needed, including the most amazing snacks!

The toilet clogged and they took a while to come fix it. Because of what happened, they left me a plate of fruit, half of which could not be eaten because it was not ripe.

Outstanding!

This hotel exceeded my expectations, right from check-in. The front desk staff member (I can’t remember her name) confirmed if I was vegetarian and said she would inform the restaurant in case I ate there. It’s the first time ever that a Marriott chain hotel has taken the time to check the meal preferences I listed in the Bonvoy app! Franklin, Omar and Camila at the restaurant were amazing. They made the effort to have a conversation with me. I felt they really appreciated and valued my business. Franklin also took the time to hear my suggestions. The breakfast buffet was fabulous too! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing anniversary experience!

Our stay at the Westin was simply outstanding. We celebrated our anniversary, and from the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The entire staff was exceptional across all departments. I especially want to highlight Graciela, the front desk manager, for her impeccable attentions. They even had special kosher treats prepared just for us. Recognition of my Ambassador Bonvoy status was as good as it gets with a great upgrade! Our room was incredible, with a super comfortable bed and flawless attention to detail. My wife really enjoyed the Spa and the service provided by Nazeli was top notch!
I also want to highlight the front desk supervisor Lian who was so kind and attentive, and the agent who checked us in, Hanna, who was so nice as well. Truly, a hotel I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for a great experience!
