Consistently great stay!
I keep coming back here for a reason. The hotel offers excellent value for money with clean rooms and very helpful, friendly staff. The breakfast is simple, solid, and satisfying. Its location near Santo Tomas metro station in Bella Vista is perfect for day trips and makes airport transfers incredibly easy. Highly recommended!

Very small room initially which had cockroaches. They did change the room to a larger cleaner room. A family member however was alone in a double room for some reason. Breakfast had no real fruit juices. Staff were all friendly but most spoke no English. I was able to communicate in Spanish, thankfully.

Not recommended.

The hotel has been in need of renovation for a long time. It is worn out and often defective. The shower was in very poor condition. The photos on the internet no longer reflect the current condition. The breakfast is simply basic. The offered free airport shuttle turns out to be "only pickup from the airport" service upon departure. Most guests are locals who talk loudly in the hallways. They sit in front of their rooms and talk loudly on the phone or chat with other guests loudly until well after midnight. The staff is friendly and helpful. We will not book this hotel again.

The hotel was not bad, just for a stop and go purpose or if you just need a place to rest.
The Bad:
The towels were too thin for drying after a bath, and hot water takes too long to get. The shower head definitely needs changing (seems it has been there years). The television needs updating so you can watch movies with better clarity. The refrigerator is way too small and the breakfast on the 6th floor is a bit too trying. It may be better to get breakfast on the run outside.
The Good:
Very nice location - close to amenities and the Metro Station. Easy to come and go. Place is clean enough and rooms are cleaned daily with a change of linen/towels. Staff is friendly and receptive.
Overall, I would give this hotel a 2.5 and may even push to 3 out of 5. It may be worth your while to check out other accommodations, but for the price point, its fine.

Stayed only one night. Overall hotel is good. It was clean. Location is great. Very good breakfast.
