Everything is true!

I saw the reviews about the bad facilities, the rooms, the amenities and I thought they were a little overdone, so I decided to still experience it for myself, and oh surprise, they fell short! In fact it is very deteriorated, the ceiling full of mold, an unbearable smell of damp, dirty walls, TV not working, the carpet of the corridors very dirty, the breakfast very limited, the uncomfortable beds and the whites, or were very dirty or very stained, I did not know for sure. It's amazing that it goes by the name Hilton.
If you have the opportunity to stay at this hotel, squander it!

Please change the name...should not be Hilton in it

This hotel is super basic and its too expensive for its poor performance. There is nothing to say positive. Worn out rooms without any friendyness or creativity. Just rooms, standard, not one idea spend. Bathrooms are clean but old, toilet flush wasnt working properly. Pool area: standard, small, nothing going on there. Breakfast, standard, nothing more than below average. Staff is doing maximal what they need to do. The worst I havnt told yet – I'm gold status holder at hilton honor, meaning I'm recognized as a valued guest and I always get a bit more by curtesy...so what I have experienced, this was the upgrade for Gold status guests...I like to know how the experience for usual guest may be...

I do not recommend

Very rundown hotel only with some remodeling in bathroom, very poor breakfast. It shouldn't be Hilton. Not recommended at all.

Extremely disappointing experience – Not for business travelers

I rarely, if ever take the time to write reviews, but the level of frustration I experienced during my recent stay makes this necessary and hopefully useful to the next, especially business traveller who may be considering this hotel. My trip was a mix of work and leisure, and unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet the basic requirements for a working professional, and I don not think lived up to the reputation of a hotel that has the name 'Hilton' in it..
The Pros: The only bright spot of the stay was the room itself. My room on the 4th floor was nice and spacious, providing a comfortable layout, although the view was not much to write about..
The biggest con for me:
Unusable Internet: The Wi-Fi speed is abysmal. It is completely unsuitable for anyone needing to work or even browse the web. It made it nearly impossible for me to be productive.
Other cons:
Maintenance Failures: It took multiple attempts to get a broken light bulb fixed, and ultimately, it was never resolved.
Lack of Amenities: There is nothing available on the premises after breakfast. The hotel should at least provide coffee for guests throughout the day.
Very limited TV channels: Although I was not there to watch TV, this may be important to someone who may want to be able to watch TV or log onto a streaming service.
The most disappointing part is that management seems aware of the internet issues but chooses to "sweep it under the rug" rather than fix it. Honestly, this stay did not live up to the Hilton name. I definitely cannot recommend this hotel to a business traveler.

The pool doesn't clean up in the afternoon after people leave and a whole mess, people eating potatoes and throwing it away

The hotel promises breakfast buffet and it really is none of this - there was no coffee and I was told that you have to wait half an hour there are no wevos sancosacos when I ordered it, I was sent to pay first at the reception to be able to have breakfast, there is no wholemeal bread the bread that was there was poorly presented. there is no vegetables . not if you want a tomato, fruit - only some bananas all green - there are more anomalies but I do not recommend this hotel .
