One night Stay June 2022

Nice clean room. Service was good. AC was not working well in the first room, so changed to a second one. The room was street view. Even as the hotel is near the Swat river, I am not sure there are river view rooms. My big issue was internet as I had to work. This was available. There is a restaurant.

Picnic visit

Nice and beautiful hotel its services is good something missing but overall its good the food is also in great quality clean and clear rooms the otmasphare is so nice but when the clouds come then its looks like Switzerland

Great hotel in mingora swat

Beautiful clean and very comfortable hotel with good accommodation and very nice and friendly staff...good value for your money...it's located in the middle of the city and very near with market..grocery shop and got so many local restaurant around...

The rooms were clean, the ambience was nice, the food was delicious but the service in the Dining Hall at the time of breakfast was a LITTLE slow. Mingora can be pretty hot in summers and the air conditioners were not working on the generator. We stayed a night and when we woke up at 10 in the morning, there was no AC from 10 till 12:30-ish because of power load shedding.
Also the rooms are small. If this is the branch of the rest of the Regency Hotels throughout Pakistan, it does not live up to its name. But good work and effort.

Kamarnya ok dan ada alat pemanas

Kami ke mari sebelum ke kalam untuk melihat pergunungan yang indah.
Kamarnya nyaman dan sarapannya ok.
