Absolutely stunning interior. The outside does not do the hotel justice.
The hotel floors are a little discombobulating, but the building inside is in stunning condition. Art, decor and staff are wonderful. Leisure or business, this is well worth the stay in Dunedin.

Room was average and we had issues with the heating. Bathroom is very small. Leak in the shower. Service was efficient.

We travel a lot but this was our first stay here . We were most impressed by our check in and our room .We used the valet parking and it was worth the cost . All the staff were very helpful. We would recommend this hotel .

Modern, well appointed hotel in good city location

Beautifully renovated hotel with well appointed rooms in the city centre close to Octagon and museums. Excellent check-in staff (shout-out to Charlotte). Happy Hour in the downstairs bar could be improved with the discount applying to more drinks and some music to liven it up as it has an airport lounge feel rather than a trendy, inner city bar.

A true 5* experience. Clean and tidy rooms, fantastic staff, and well located. I'll definitely be staying on my next trip to Dunedin.
