An bad excuse for a hotel :-(

This is probably the worst hotel I've stayed at so far. I arrived for check-in approx. at 21:00. The reception is unmanned, as announced. I received a code to enter the building, but luckily enough another guest had arrived before me. the code didn't work for her. So it took awhile before she got assistance in (remotely). Because she was there I didn't have to take the code challenge. Inside I had to check in on a machine, which worked OK - except it had no room ready for me. Even if I arrived 6 hours after the room should have been ready. The other guest explained she had experienced the same and had to call remote service again to get her room key. She got that before I arrived, but that room hadn't been made up at all. So she was still waiting for a room with clean bedsheets when I arrived. I called the same number for assistance - but with no answer. Instead I got a text message, telling me bluntly to send a SMS. After awhile the other got her new room and even later I got my room. It took at least 20 minutes. I dread to think what would have happened if I came very late. When I got to the room the bed seemed ok, but the bathroom had obviously not been cleaned - with stains on the sink and pee stains on the floor around the toilet :-(
At departure I knew it would be a limited breakfast, due to few guests, but this was a joke. See the picture. I skipped it, as I presume they expect most guests will do. Finally when I checked the invoicing I turned out they'd invoiced me for the room twice. When I contacted them they apologised and explained that they'd experienced this with several guests lately. Before they promptly returned det extra amount. However I question why they waited for me to se that they'd invoiced me twice, rather than they monitored and corrected before I saw it. I can't stop myself from thinking they're hoping some guests are sloppy and don't check. Topping an already bad experience. I need to be desperate if I'll use this hotel again

Stay away from this place.

Worst hotel ever.
The key card didn't work and it was not possible to get hold of anyone who could fix this for us. Called a number we were given in case there were problems for the hotel owner, but no one answered there.
Called an emergency number that they have at the hotel in case something serious happened, here we got straight to mobile answer...
We sat for over 2 hours before we got into the room and could sleep.
In addition, breakfast is pure garbage.
Half-frozen bread the worst selection of toppings of all time.
I'd rather sleep in the car than use this hotel

This hotel should close.

This is the most terrible hotel I have ever been to in my life.
I will never go back.
