Hotel/Motel

Come on, after a long drive.. Then wait for a good shower, before dinner and relaxation. There was neither soap nor shampoo in the shower. No info about breakfast time etc in the room - only menu (with very high rates) and WiFi code. Noise from the street and very listen between walk/room! Breakfast was like this...okay. Cold mirror...but they filled up a bit, eventually! This should be a motel, not a hotel! Not worth 1850 kr for one night - knotlite room. Positive; Two trusts the room

Poor service

Very bad service. Missing shower soap and hairdryer in the room. Was sent here and there. No one could answer if they had it, was finally told to buy soap themselves.
Service responded frekt back on my spm. Having with foreign tourists with ancestors in Lom- they were shocked by the lack of service.
Breakfast and coffee were good.

Nice service, medium cleanliness and a lot of noise from the center

The playground is adapted to larger children, no activities for young children. Stayed there a day to the sanitary facility was not clean and neat one single time during the stay. Much(!) music noise of cars in the center.
Nice service in the reception, and nice location in relation to what Lom has to offer.

Nice location but tired and dirty

We stayed in a 5 man cottage which had a great location right by the river and had “postcard view” towards the stave church.
Inside the cabin was generally ok, but the cabinets in the bedrooms and the fridge were in very poor condition. A closet door was in the hallway and the fridge lacked the freezer door and "holders" for the shelves in the fridge door. The beds cracked very well and the mattresses were not very good.
The cleaning was not good. There was garbage, stains and debris and fast on the floors, dust in the window frames and spindle tissue in the ceilings.
There was a noise (not the river) we didn't figure out what was disturbing the night sleep.
We had expected better standard and cleaning for 1635kr per night.

Bad experience

Really worn-out cabin no closets and very bad smell in the cabin a lot of noise from the charging station and bus stop probably not a place I will come again however must be mentioned looks like you have started so little with renewal but think it will last long before they reach the goal
