DO BETTER!!!

Horrible staff, horrible customer service, no sense of accountability or training. tasteless food & that silly bouncer that lacks manners and a working brain. dirty room & bathroom wasn’t running water.

Worst hotel experience ever

This hotel is the devil's playground. Violent staff with criminal tendencies. Behaviour consistent with thugs and hooligans. Never make the mistake of lodging here. The risk to life and property is not worth the paltry service they purport to offer.

I hated staying here

I recently had a disappointing experience at a hotel due to the rude behavior of the staff. Despite the appealing facilities, the unpleasant encounter with the staff significantly impacted my overall impression. Their lack of courtesy and professionalism detracted from what could have been an enjoyable stay.
