I had a very horrible experience to summary
Overpriced
Poorly maintained, roof leakages as it was raining when I arrived
There was no power supply for considerable amount of time during the night
Bad attitude from staff
Mosquitoe infested
Cats running in the roof
You'll literally feel ripped off

One of thos could be's.......
The none serviceable swimming pool looks like a refuse dump is filled with nylon bags and other rubbish. The rooms have never seen a vacuum cleaner in their lifetime and even the tiled sections and the bathroom marble were so dirty that I had to think twice if I really wanted to have a shower - but as Kano is hot and dusty I did, only to find myself standing under a great looking piece of rain shower that was merely dripping.
Oh and before I forget - just don't bother ordering for breakfast even the small money they'll charge is too much and will get an angry start of the day.
The only good thing one can say about this "Hotel" is its location as its two (2) minutes walk to Kano Motor Club where decent food, a well stocked Bar and a Humidor are awaiting you at very reasonable prices.
