I like the beautiful tiles by the elevator, the elevator is neat and the environment is well kept

The location of the hotel is good, neat,staff are friendly and courteous and they respond to complaints promptly. There's a need to improve on their facilities, the swimming pool and gym were not functioning against what was stated on its website. Neflix worked only one day out of the four days spent there. Food is not all that tasty.
I will visit again when next I visit the state though because of the location and friendly staff.

Stay Away!!!!! It’s a dump!

This is literally a nasty hotel in every word. The hotel is run down and should be out of commission. Everywhere is moldy, the rooms are disgusting, the food is disgusting.
I stayed in the Presidential Suite and there was nothing presidential in the suite. It was just big and classless!
It’s a shame such a huge hotel has been left to rot. Real shame!

Would not recommend.

I was in Kaduna for work and stayed here 4 days and 3 nights.
Air conditioning dripped all night long, filled the bucket provided in the bathroom and ran over. Didn't get a repair guy until the next morning despite calling multiple times.
The WiFi didn't work, no matter how many times I called and how many promises and assurances I received. It just didn't.
The breakfast provided gave me Nigerian boarding school flashbacks. That's all I will say about that.
Bathroom walls need serious repair work and the bathrooms were just underwhelming.
Hygiene products provided were the absolute bare minimum - tissue paper and a tiny bar of soap. Nothing else.
You get what you pay for I guess. That's it, that's all. Would not return if I can help it. Would not recommend unless budget is a priority for you. In that case, keep your expectations very low and you should be okay.

Never again I hope!

Presently at the hotel on business. It is an unpleasant experience. Housekeeping staff are okay, though sometimes bathrooms aren’t cleaned daily. Restaurant is very very poor in terms of ambience, food variety, presentation and hygiene; staff have an especially nonchalant attitude overall. Plates and bowls are old some chipped or slightly broken. Cutlery old and unpresentable. Customer relations is poor in general and in the few units I had contact. The only positive is that the rooms are nice.
