Quest

I really felt at home in this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, Its in a central location near the Army headquarters, so I could get around easily, I had access to free wi-fi, complimentary breakfasts to and the staff were professional. Would definitely visit again

wonderful experience

highly professional, perfect customer service, quite environment, professional security. My stay at ritman was not disappointing as i ended up doing my business in doors instead of going to the office. The meals were great.

Good for the price....needs to be better

This hotel was booked at a cheap price, for the central area where it is located. I wasn't expecting luxury, but at the same time, I just wanted an average hotel where I get the basics.....To a large extent, Ritman Hotels offered this. It was clean, the staff was nice.
First of all, I need to appreciate this hotel for checking my special request and honouring it.... This is the first time I have booked a Nigerian hotel and I stated that I'd be arriving very late and the booking was kept for me. Typically, my booking is given to someone else, then I have to upgrade. Ritman did amazing in this aspect!
I also love the fact that complementary breakfast was given. However, the options were very limited (just 2 options actually), but at least I get to eat something in the morning before heading out. One major issue I had was, the mug the hotel restaurant gave me had a crack and was also stained. Really, defective items should be thrown out please! That didn't speak well of you guys at all.
Now to the ultimate disappointment. I wanted to take my bath and I was already running late for my interview.....It came as a rude shock to realize that the heater wasn't functioning (or the knob for hot water wasn't working, or both) and in fact the shower pipe was leaking from every angle! I was running late....I just had to force the the cold water on myself. That was one of the worst showers I've ever had.
Finally, the mattress need to be changed. The middle part of the bed was like a valley; wasn't a comfortable sleep at all. Please get a hard mattress..
This hotel would've have been perfect, if the basics worked. ie, Most especially, the bathroom fixtures... I would most probably come again, but I hope these basic things would've been fixed.

Quiet and Homely

Stayed for 2 nights at this hotel and had a very peaceful stay. The environment is serene and feels like home.
The hotel is also good for those on a budget as it's pocket friendly.
Will stay again if I am in the area.
