Recommended!

The new owners have started since May 2024 and have arranged it well. Room looks fine, lots of space, bed with great dimensions, large bathroom. Breakfast is put on the table and this is more than sufficient. Dietary requirements are even taken into account. Dinner also possible on certain days. Nearby are eg Nordhorn, Ootmarsum, Denekamp. Chance of mosquitoes when leaving the window or door open. Outside is a nice covered seat created and ample parking space on the site with charging station.

A Dream Accommodation and Location

It was our pleasure to be guests at Hofstede de Rieke Smit for four unforgettable days. The beauty and comfort of this home away from home is unbeatable. From the moment our thoughtful, welcoming hosts greeted us to the moment of our departure was time of complete peace and relaxation. This accommodation is truly perfect . . . a lovely room with comfortable bed and high quality linens, delicious breakfasts served in a charming dining room looking out onto picture perfect grounds. Wonderful!

Short holiday

Last weekend we stayed at the beautiful B&B owned by Jolanda and Rob Koppen. The room was very comfortable and the combination of old and modern furniture created a pleasant atmosphere.
We slept very well in fine beds. The bathroom and the kitchenette were complete and very clean. We also were very pleased with the free WiFi. The continental breakfast was generous and well taken care of. At our request it was served in our room. On the morning of our departure we had breakfast in the beautiful dining room of the old farmhouse. Thanks to the hospitality of Jolanda and Rob our short holiday in Wilsum was a great success!

perfect stay in gorgeous renovated farmhouse

We stayed two nights in this beautiful B&B. We were greated warmly by the owners Jolanda and Rob. Our room was spacious, very clean, comfortable (two good chairs, little dining table, lots of daylight, free WIFI, outside furniture) and charming. The bathroom was spotless and the beds very good. We liked the small kitchenette in the room, thus giving us the opportunity to put our own drinks in the fridge, making a cup of soup etc. Breakfasts were fresh and tasty and one evening Jolanda made us a delicious dinner, which we enjoyed together with other guests in the dining room. Right in front of the B&B you will find the Wilsumer Wanderweg (walking track). All around Wilsum you find beautiful nature to go for a walk or by bike. Not only a perfect B&B for a stay in Germany, but also a good starting point to visit Ootmarsum and surroundings.

Geweldige B&B

Alles klopt, de inrichting, de kwaliteit, de gastvrijheid en de vriendelijkheid. Zeer mooie boerderij met een klassieke inrichting. Goede stevige bedden. Aanwezig op kamer: Nespresso, 2pits kookplaat en koelkast.
