Great hotel on a hill

Great Hotel on a hill. Great atmosphere and nice staff. Really something special. Rooms comfertable and all what is needed. I had a nice view on the park that was below the hotel.
Also nice restaurant in the hotel which makes that you have everything you need close.

Sad customer service

Customer communication unfortunately a foreign word. On request of a sick cancellation no response and reference to booking who tried 2 days to solve the problem.

Good rooms poor services

The hotel is totally lacking in services. The rooms are ok but there is no cafe or restaurant on Monday and Tuesday nor any lunchtime services. There is no bar

Check-in time was limited 3pn to 6pm. Delays on Le shuttle meant we wouldn't arrive until nearly 7pm. We messaged the hotel. This was not a problem for them. On arrival we checked in and obtained our room. Very spacious and comfortable. We went down for dinner and found a table on the terrace. Everything was amazing from service to food. The head waiter was chatty and engaging. Great service. Very impressed.
