Peace is 100% great. Culinary....?
100% peace is guaranteed here. For a city trip, a bicycle or a car is necessary. Hidden in the middle of nowhere behind the dike, one can let the soul dangle. The reception (by the junior manager?) was extremely friendly and informative. We followed the information from the Relax guide and can essentially agree with all descriptions. The room is sufficiently large. The bathroom is small and has aged. Beautiful bathrobes, sauna towels in a beach bag, which can also be purchased. Room cleaning occurs every other day. Towels are changed daily upon request. A bottle of water as a welcome in the room. The sauna area is sufficiently large and spotlessly clean. The fitness room is well equipped. Great that the swimming pool and fitness room open at 7:00 AM! Tea and water are available early in the morning. The view from the sauna tower is gigantic. However, it is very warm, as the 90-degree sauna is directly below the platform. The outdoor pool is very pleasantly heated. A water vacuum cleaner could provide relief. All the guests are very disciplined in the relaxation room. It is quiet. Classy.
The dike lord massage with Sven was fantastic and comes with a 100% recommendation. Thank you. Hiking is possible from the hotel. Adults only.
There is a small hotel shop with souvenirs and clothing at reasonable prices. Browsing is worthwhile.
The breakfast is very good, considering the size of the house. Coffee specialties and tea are served. It is unclear whether fresh egg dishes are prepared. Scrambled eggs and boiled eggs are available on the buffet.
The point at which we would like to give only two points... the dinner and the service in the evening. After these experiences, a room with breakfast would be appropriate. None of the meals were really good for us. What a pity. Also a no-go, the decision... dinner at 6:00 PM or 8:00 PM. On vacation, I want to be free with my time and not follow the kitchen's needs.
Unfortunately, regarding the service: one of the ladies seemed consistently annoyed. Forgot things, etc. The desire for a nice meal and a conclusion to the day quickly faded away. Then I would prefer a fish sandwich in Husum. Very unfortunate and, in my opinion, there is much room for improvement. A second lady moved confidently and kindly. However, she was occasionally engaged in long conversations with (regular?) guests. And no, we did not complain about any of the meals. No desire for stress on vacation. To quote a previous writer... tough times for connoisseurs. The appearance was always very nice. See pictures. Since the total amount of the hotel does not play in the "lower league," we are comparing it with other establishments.
And there is a lot of flexibility in the evenings. A warm service could, however, make up for a lot. Nice hotel, friendly staff.

Wonderful again!
We (60+) were on our way back from Sweden, Norway, and Denmark with our caravan. We asked for a vacant room, as we knew the hotel from a previous stay with delicious dinner, and were then received in the nicest way, our purchased groceries were put in the refrigerator to keep cold, we were given a nice and spacious room, swam in the super outdoor pool, and were served a delicious menu a little later. It doesn't get any better than this! Breakfast was very extensive and delicious. After that, we were able to cruise home in our camper in a relaxed manner.

Relaxing stay at Lundenbergsand.
Quite hidden, right by the dike, and only accessible via narrow paths, Lundenbergsand is located in a beautiful garden with beach chairs and many tall grasses. The reception was warm, and we were accompanied to our booked room.
We had a spacious room and a comfortable double bed. Everything was clean and well-maintained. There is an outdoor pool and an indoor pool. Wellness and beauty
treatments were available; unfortunately, our time was limited. Dinner was served in two seatings. Before and after, many guests sat relaxed in the beach chairs with an aperitif or digestif. In the warm weather, it was a wonderful
atmosphere. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. The stay was too short, but we will come back.

Relax and enjoy
We (couple, both 64) were in the Lundenbergsand for the second time. Super quiet and nicely located behind the dike. Very nicely furnished rooms, a nice spa with saunas, steam bath and indoor and outdoor pool and a sports room with professional equipment. Great breakfast and in the evening very delicious food in the in-house restaurant with changing 3-course menus or according to menu. Everyone at the hotel is super friendly and eager to give guests a good time. It should also be mentioned that the hotel is “child-free” - this ensures a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.
