All around friendly, clean, lots of space, feel-good atmosphere.

The hotel has been modernized and has a new owner who runs the hotel with passion. There is also a new seminar room and day offices available for booking. The combination of seminar days with overnight stays has become perfect. Beautiful and comfortable ambience. The location is also perfect for trips to the city, the country, nature and lakes.

We will be back

Hotel Albrechtshof has a new owner. The rooms have been newly renovated and are super comfortable. Clean and well-kept, we immediately felt at home. Breakfast is a spontaneous choice and was super tasty and left over. The hotel is still being renovated and we are already looking forward to the next time. The new owner is hard-working and really friendly. We are already looking forward to the next time, we will definitely come back when we go to Berlin.

Calm airy rooms

+ Nice airy rooms with small kitchenette. + Noise isolated.
+ Friendly hostess.
+ Conveniently located with stores and restaurants close by.
+ Able to buy beverages for low prices on the room tab. Available 24/7.
I bycycled every day to the nearby camping and it was a breeze with safe small roads.
Did not try the breakfast as I ate with local residents.

Clean & spacious rooms.
The location is far away from the city center, more close to the highway.
There are no restaurants near the hotel where you can at least have some food.
Breakfast in the hotel was average, nothing special.

Najaaaaa.....

.......wir waren zu dritt und bekamen ein Zimmer an der Ecke. Das Bad und Zimmer spartanisch, unterkühlt erscheinend, die Bettwäsche dünn. Aber was soll´s, wir waren ja nur zum Schlafen da.
Wir kamen im Regen zurück um 01.00 nachts.... und ein Teil unseres Zimmers wie auch die Rucksäcke auf dem Boden waren unter Wasser. Es tropfte aus der Decke. Es standen (bereits) Eimer da, die wir drunter stellten, aber das ewige Tropfen ging die ganze Nacht weiter.
Wir meldeten das der Dame am nächsten Morgen, eine unglaublich nette und äußerst bemühte Dame, sie entschuldigte sich viele Male. Dann rief sie die Chefin des Hotels an und diese sagte: "Ist es wieder die Decke? Ja, da scheint ein Rohr verstopft" WOW! Somit war der Defekt bereits bekannt und fortbestehend und d-o-c-h vergab man das Zimmer weiter!! Wir waren ernüchtert.
Die (wirklich!) nette Dame, die nicht die Chefin war, gab uns ein anderes Zimmer und bot uns eine gewisse Rückerstattung an. Das war okay, wie gesagt, die Dame war echt bemüht. Ich gab auf Wunsch Adresse und Bankverbindung an.
Auf diese Rückerstattung wartete ich sehr lange. Erst nach erneuter Kontaktaufnahme bei der Chefin hieß es, sie hätte ja keine Bankverbindung von mir (die Adresse schon!)...... Schließlich bekam ich das Geld (es war nicht viel) ohne jeglichen Kommentar, nicht über das klatschnasse Zimmer, nicht darüber, dass sie sich nicht gemeldet hatte für die fehlenden Bankdaten zur Rückzahlung, nix. Welch ein Kontrast zu der Dame am Tag.
Das Hotel ist nüchtern aber okay. Die Dame am Tag hervorragend, eine tolle Frau. Die allgemeine Haltung der Chefin ist deutlich (!) verbesserungsnötig. Man repariert erst Schäden, d-a-n-n vergibt man Zimmer neu. Oder ist zumindest anschließend korrekt. Beides fehlte. Was passiert wohl bei einem nächsten Besuch?? Was für Mühe hat man wohl danach?
Man muss evt. mit manchem rechnen.....
