Traditional dishes

We experienced wonderful moments of enjoyment in the beer garden at the Ranunkerhof in Pirna, across from the Hotel Laurichhof. The service was very good and the food tastes excellent.
The homemade beer with the excellent spent grain bread is simply delicious.
Beer dip with Ranunkelbräu is very tasty.

Good hotel but miserable receptionist

The hotel was super nice and super nice. But unfortunately had an unusually bad experience with receptionist Kirstin. When we checked out, she said we had to pay for the children's breakfast. I stated that we had paid through hotels. This she didn’t believe and pulled the amount on my card. When I showed her the hotel app where it appears she could not refund the amount to my card, would not pay the amount in contacts but would only transfer the money via bank transfer. Have sent this information but have not yet received any confirmation that they have received the email. And waiting for the money to be sent back.
In addition, they charge 27 euros for breakfast through the hotel and not the 19.5 euros it costs at the hotel. Really bad service.
And the treatment we received from the receptionist as well as the enormous negative energy she exhibited makes my recommendation so bad.
At no time did she excuse her mistake and behavior. Really bad on an otherwise delicious and actually pretty expensive hotel.
Are excited if anyone returns to me in connection with this recommendation.

Beautifully situated on the Elbe with excellent beer and equally good food.

The inn is wonderfully situated on the Elbe with a large beer garden, with a view of the Pirna old town and the fortress. We had pancake soup, cheese spaetzle, roast pork, and apricot dumplings. Everything prepared quite excellently, large portions for a fair price. The premises are large and bright, very beautifully designed with much attention to detail. Exceptionally friendly service. And the house-brewed beer alone is worth a trip to Pirna.

Ranunkelhof, highly recommended!

Tonight we had a delicious dinner in the cozy restaurant of Ranunkelhof. Great quality for a good price.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Do discuss it beforehand.
