Good, as long as there are no problems.

Central location to the city center, train station only a few meters away. If you want to unload your luggage from your car in front of the hotel entrance, you need luck to find a parking space.
The floor below the existing hotel is currently being converted into additional rooms for Limehome.
Electronic access is uncomplicated and reliable.
Tip: Definitely take the elevator to the second floor. Anyone who has dragged their luggage up two flights of stairs will be standing in front of a hotel door that cannot be opened electronically.
Review for Suite 201:
The room was very warm, especially upon arrival. There is a fan, no air conditioning. The room is tiled in a modern style, and the condition is mostly like new. Minor damage in the bathroom.
Separation from the neighboring balcony only by a thin partition wall.
Kitchen utensils are sufficiently available, as well as coffee and tea for the first day.
Tip: The electrical appliances in the kitchen can be used after turning on the light switch next to the outlets.
The medium-firm mattress is for two people, so it is continuous.
Bathroom and living area clean. Balcony railing and table, however, had not been wiped down for a long time.
The pizzeria in the adjacent building is clearly noticeable by smell.
Room cleaning is not provided.
Water was not warm on Saturday at 6:45. The 24/7 service does not respond immediately, as a concierge would. First a robot chat, then WhatsApp. It was not until 2 (two) hours later that the chat was completed and the repair was ordered.

The place is clean, everything is brand new. I recommend it. There is a paid parking lot 100m away which was also important for us. Easy access. Only the sofa bed creaked a lot and you can't really sleep on it.

Comfort Hotel in Memmingen

I booked by chance Limehome Hotel in Memmingen and was really surprised by the value for money of the property. Although the area is close to the city station and the building looks a bit “brutalist” our suite was very nice and very comfortable. Equipped with all comforts, minimal, spotless furniture and kitchenette included, I consider this mini apartment an excellent solution for quick, but also long stays. I highly recommend.
