Delightful hotel
Beautiful hotel right on the Moselle.
Take a room at the head with a view!
Everything really fancy.
Have booked months ago but on arrival the pool, still an important part of the Wellness experience, is broken. What bad luck, and no compensation...
No explanation about the Wellness on receipt anyway.
The room lacked everything to make tea, but after calling it came quickly. It's a Nespresso machine, fine.
Clean room, nice bed.
Showering in the bath, what a minus that is!
TV in the mirror in the bathroom, but it also turned on every time the TV in the bedroom turned on, very annoying.
The luxurious and expensive suite has so many lights at night that you have trouble falling asleep without a sleeping mask, everything that you don’t break your neck when you pee in the dark...
It is a non-smoking hotel, and our hotel neighbor was fined 750 euros for smoking in the room, but at the toilets on the ground floor is a cigarette vending machine, probably that combination is financially very favorable for the owners, but what hypocrisy that is!
The breakfast is very good.
Friendly staff, nice hotel.

At the same time, we regret that your stay did not meet your expectations in every respect. The temporary closure of our pool was due to a comprehensive modernization of the facility, aimed at further improving the wellness area for our guests in the long term. Our guests were informed of this measure prior to their arrival.
Regarding your comment about smoking, we would like to clarify that our hotel is not a completely smoke-free hotel. Smoking is permitted on the balconies of the respective rooms as well as on the terrace in front of the hotel entrance. However, smoking is prohibited in the rooms and all indoor areas. This policy is communicated to every guest upon arrival in the guest information materials.
Regarding the bathtub with shower, we would like to point out that we also offer rooms with walk-in showers. You are welcome to specify this preference when making a future reservation so that we can accommodate it accordingly.
Thank you also for your comments regarding the lighting in the suite and the TV controls. Such feedback helps us to continuously improve our service.

View of the Moselle
Nice hotel located on the Moselle. We had a beautiful room with a view. Nice restaurant. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Parking space outside.

Perhaps a bit overwhelmed....
We were in Koblenz for "Rhein in Flammen," and during that time, there is a collective state of emergency there...
Perhaps the shortcomings of the stay should also be seen in that context.
The hotel was probably fully booked. But the fact that the room was not cleaned because of this is a faux pas that should not happen in this price range.
Also, on the following day at breakfast, the kitchen was understaffed with 2 people for the number of guests (likely because they were catering the event in the business lounge), which led to limitations in breakfast orders - something like that should also not happen. When I order Eggs Benedict and am told later that it is not possible "today," that is, to put it kindly, weak for a hotel in this price range...
The breakfast area is somewhat awkwardly arranged in the passageway and sometimes leads to "crowding," but the full occupancy was certainly partly responsible for this as well. Nevertheless, it is not well solved in terms of planning.
The hotel is otherwise very stylish (great wallpaper :-) !), the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very nice.

Nice hotel, No AC
Traveled in July and primary reason for booking the property was modern well appointed rooms WITH AC as the advertise on website. The hotel does not have a working AC, it has a light air recirculating system. Had to take 2 nightly cold showers to cool off as room was at 26C/79F. The restaurants are good , breakfast is fair. Check-in was average. Felt like a 4 star hotel

A lovely property
This is a lovely, attractive property with several amenities.
It is not as close to,Koblenz as I would have liked but the location overlooking the Moselle is very appealing.
Dinner in their simpler restaurant was disappointing.
The staff was lovely and very hospitable.
