A real gem on the A7.

A spontaneous booking for a ‘simple’ overnight stay turned out to be an absolute stroke of luck. Just a few hundred metres from the A7, our stopover was like a mini-holiday of our own. Online check-in allows paperwork in advance. Then a super friendly welcome, a pleasant room, a friendly ‘good morning’ from the room service and then a great breakfast buffet prepared by the hostess herself with lots of homemade ingredients. You sit in a magnificent conservatory and notice that everything was done here with a lot of love for the guests.
Next door, a gas station and a Tesla supercharger. This allowed us to charge the car next to breakfast relaxed. In addition to the gas station a great restaurant and who needs it also finds a McD next door. All in all, a place for a relaxed overnight stay. Thanks again to our hosts! We had a real home feeling for our time at Harz7! And....we will be back!

Bad hotel

I cannot confirm the good reviews in any way!
Rooms in the attic are an imposition. Small, extremely loud due to the nearby highway, shower much too small and shower head should be replaced sometime. Room size, also due to the slanted ceiling, is reminiscent of a rabbit hutch.
The breakfast also leaves much to be desired.
This hotel really does not have to be!
