Unusual hotel

The hotel is not going to be everyone's taste. It is on a busy street, although they do have rooms facing the back, and those are quiet. There is a LOT of decorations everywhere! I thought it was kind of funny, but some might feel it is too much.
It seems that the rooms have themes. I had an ocean room, facing the back. It was spacious and clean. The decoration was tasteful and it even had a small working area. It would have been nice to have a garbage can in the room, but otherwise it was fine. It did, however, feel more like someone's private guest room than a hotel room. Some might be put off by that. The only real problem that I had with the room is that the walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbors and they can hear you.
The breakfast was adequate. Nothing to write home about, but sufficient.
The only other piece of advice for the hotel might be to have their English materials and instructions translated by a native English speaker. I laughed quite a bit at the translations, but if you don't understand German, then they could be really confusing.

I can’t suggest it

I’ve spent several days in this hotel for business. The building is nice but very bad services. They never change the towel, I’m sure because I use to mark the towel. even if you throw it on the ground, the day after you’ll find it folded on the radiator. I tried also to throw it on the shower plate but they did the same, even if visibly dirt.
I tried to explain to the reception but nothing is changed.
There is a strange loundry service because they collect your clothes also if you don’t want your stuff be washed.
Same story, explained to the reception but the day after happened again.
The breakfast has no big variety.
The restaurant is fine.

Local charm

This is a hotel and not a b&b.
Small familyhotel. Lots of noise from the road, but there s a letter in the room apologizing for that, and some free earplugs.
Small rooms, limited closetspace. Small bathroom with a good walk in shower.
Beds are ok, but can be improved, pillow choice would be a nice touch.
Coffeemachine, small desk, tv in a wrong corner, no good vision from bed or chair.
Breakfast : nice local choices, good for the price paid.
Staff & owner are friendly.
Price quality this is certainly a good choice

Ganz ok

Das einzige was ich zu bemängeln hätte, das wären die schmalen einzelneren. Man musste echt aufpassen das man nicht auf die Nase fällt)
Es standen mehrere verschiedene Kissen zur Auswahl und das Frühstück war ganz gut

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt

Wir (2 Freundinnen) waren mit dem Rad unterwegs und hatten extra ein Zweibettzimmer gebucht, was uns auch bestätigt wurde. Allerdings bekamen wir ein Doppelzimmer. Auf Anfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ein Zweibettzimmer ein Doppelzimmer sei! Seltsam dass im Internet ein Zweibettzimmer extra angepriesen wird!. Das Bad hatte eine Glasschiebetüre, die sich nicht ganz schließen ließ, sehr unangenehm! Die Besitzer liefen im Haus ohne Maske herum, nur beim Frühstück trug die Bedienung eine Maske. Das WLAN funktionierte nur an einer bestimmten Stelle im Zimmer, alles in allem kein Hotel, in das man wiederkommen möchte.
