Fantastic night sleep!

Great service! Best bed I've experienced at the hotel and the food is exquisite! The surroundings are really beautiful and it is quiet. Really recommended!

We chose this hotel because it had a pool but the pool was closed and also the hot tub closed although this was not shown on Hotels.com.
The room was ok and clean.
Breakfast adequate but you had to walk past reception to get your food then walk past again to get to the seating area.
There was a conference taking place next to the food area with the door open and very unprofessional! Business guests in the breakfast room not eating but using lap tops and taking business calls. Not very relaxing or appropriate for a hotel advertised as romantic and a spa hotel!
Overall we were very disappointed. They also seemed very understaffed as the receptionist was answering calls and serving us coffee for breakfast!

Disappointing

Unfortunately, the visit to the restaurant was disappointing. It is no longer the Neuhaus , which it used to be . I got married there and celebrated my daughter's confirmation. Everything was great then. Now the service is inattentive, the goose was all dry and old . The water is tap water , which is simply refilled quickly , in always the same bottles , without cleaning them. How unhygienic, since the bottles are always touched at the top of the neck by the staff.
In addition, the food is very expensive and the quality is not good. The deer tasted very buckish , the plums were rock hard at dessert .
Very bad ... I won't go there anymore

Culinary delights in an upscale atmosphere

As has always been the case since the 80s, the restaurant of the Hotel Neuhaus stands for culinary delights, well-being in an upscale atmosphere, good service and that certain something. For me personally, the menus offer very good value for money ❗️
Always happy again.
