Great hotel, great location

The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of the city, it is directly opposite the train station and a 20 minute walk to Therme Euskirchen (the reason for our visit).
Hotel staff were always great and friendly, most notably the reception team and breakfast team.
The hotel itself has an upmarket atmosphere with great facilities and very spacious rooms. It was always clean and tidy.
The only slight issue we had was that our room was not cleaned despite putting the "clean my room" sign on the door, a minor issue during a great stay. Highly recommend.

Nobody clean the room I stay three night, and nobody changed towel the soap in the shower finish and nobody care the menu downstairs in the lobby was very poor

Not worth the money

The rooms weren’t really clean. There were hair on the phone. The breakfast was super easy. Too easy for that price of the hotel. If you ask for a bathrobe which isn’t included in the rooms you have to pay 8€ for it. Also the entry into the spa area costs 4€/person. Never saw that before. I mean why are you paying the high price of a hotel room and can’t even visit the spa area for free? Also the showers at the sauna have just cold water. Only two showers. Everything in that area seems to be super old. Would busy that hotel again

Slight prints in the B grade

We had booked two nights at this hotel. The reception staff was professionally friendly but very sparse; information about breakfast or sauna use had to be requested individually.
The room was very large and also very clean, here can sometimes feel comfortable. However, here too, it is the little things that catch the eye: The dark furniture scraped on, the technology not completely ready for use, wallpaper comes off the wall. Certainly details that don't necessarily make you ask for a new room, but stand out.
Overall not a bad hotel, I would stay here again.

Stopped on the way from phantasialand,everthing fine

Friendly and helpful staff,
great family rooms with space and charme.
Good breakfast and large tables with enough space to chill out.
The only negativ point is the 17 Euro a day for a Parking spot in the garage.
