Staff were very kind & helpfull . Lovely hotel breakfast was outstanding with so much to choose from . If ever in the area again will definitely go back. 👍👍

On weekends prefer without breakfast

We found here a clean room with neat beds and minibar. The condition of the room was ok. The breakfast buffet was very good. Since it was a Sunday, there were also many private family celebrations at breakfast. This led to a hopeless overload in service. Long waiting times and chaos at the buffet, multiple no plates available, long lines at the coffee machine and also missing cups. A cozy breakfast is different. The restaurant was also closed on Sunday. The e-bike rental is commendable.

Unfortunately, the hotel hasn't earned the four-star lauded rating everywhere. It is one of those hotels that has come to a certain size due to additions and modifications and now obviously makes every effort to fill the additional rooms. Groups of cyclists turn up as guests, but also seminar participants and weekend holidaymakers. Then it's time for breakfast and dinner! The hotel is located outside of Bad Mergentheim, but right on the main thoroughfare, which of course leads to noise pollution in many rooms. The breakfast buffet was excellent, the menus offered as part of a weekend offer were good average. The inhabited room was modern and sufficiently large, unfortunately without air conditioning, so the windows to the street side had to stay even in summer temperatures. Staff were extremely friendly and professional in all areas, prices reasonable. The hotel gets a plus for the possibility to rent bicycles and eBikes there. These were in excellent condition. Conclusion: suitable for a weekend.
