Convenient location, lovely staff and a comfortable stay

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in a Junior Suite. The room was rectangular in shape more spacious than a standard room, had opening windows and was very comfortable.
The hotel is located in the new town and initially we thought it would not be ideal given most of the sights are in the old town, however it is a short 15 min walk and there is excellent public transport via the tram network.
The underground car park was spacious, bright, clean and secure.
The breakfast was high quality although a little crowded around the buffet items given the layout.
The hotel is geared to a specific target market and in our opinion may benefit from upgrading the TV system to allow access to streaming services and casting from devices. We also thought that the elevators may benefit from an upgrade including enhanced security so only guests can utilise them.

Beautiful Hotel in a Peaceful Area of Dresden

We loved the location of this hotel. It was about a 10 minute walk from the heart of Dresden where you could walk through an area that looked like where the locals might live. A tree lined pedestrian area with ice cream shops, restaurants, and grocery stores that opened up to the skyline of Dresden and all of its beauty, right past the bridge. The area was quiet and next door was a wonderful tapas restaurant and a square right across from the hotel where the tapas restaurant had outdoor seating and benches right next to a church. The hotel was nothing short of beautiful. The room was fairly large with a seating area and a separate bathroom (the toilet was a little high) from the shower and main sink (with a lot of counter space and great lighting) to allow for additional privacy. I do wish that the room was a little cooler as we had the air on high but it was still a little warm. They had a turn down service that laid down towels next to the bed. However, the towels were a little slick so I asked that they don’t lay those down again but had to eventually just put the do not disturb on the door around the time of turn down service to allow for privacy. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for a quiet and serene stay.

First-class hotel with exceptionally good breakfast

We spent a long weekend in Dresden. The hotel had great service, very friendly and attentive staff, as well as a unique breakfast. Would love to come back anytime.

Great hotel –

We had a great stay at Hotel Bülow. Really everything was great!! Our dog was also welcome and that was also super!!
