One of the best resort at Pokhara

The food was very good and the service was awesome. I love the ambience and the atmosphere of the resort. Everyone were so polite and respectful. I will surely visit the resort next time.❤️

Poorly managed Hotel

The Hotel is situated in a lane near the Phewa Lake. We stayed here on two different dates. First we were given room on the fifth floor. It was a comparatively newer room but the lift only serves till the fourth floor. Room size was good, bed linen was clean. We had a good view of the hills from the balcony. But the hotel seemed to be understaffed. We got our luggage in the room after more than 2 hours. The lift was malfunctioning frequently otherwise we would have fetched our luggage ourselves.
We visited again after three days. This time we got a room on the fourth floor which was a bit smaller in size. The lift continued to malfunction this time also. The reception staff was unresponsive to our calls for assistance for turning on the TV, a defective coffee maker socket etc. Overall we found the hotel to be an average one with poor management.

Had a good time.

Good room, descent food and excellent service. Had a good time with friends. The pool was good. Overall experience was good.

Not worth it, find a better place to stay

Lousy hotel to stay. Was forced to stay, as the tour operator Peregrine booked our stay on return from Mukhthinath trip. There are better hotels available near the Lake side. No decent breakfast available. Unfriendly service. The balcony was not cleaned and full of ants. The bathroom did not have even shower rods to hang the clothes or towels. No hand towels provided. Bathroom not well kept. The only silver lining was the big room with enough space to walk around. Won't stay here again and won't recommend
