Outstanding Service ,in the city central tourist attraction of Pokhara

Absolutely perfectly amazing from the staff, rooms, reception, and food but breakfast protocol might be a little bit unfamiliar way of service to me as a 3x visitor here in Nepal..asking your room number while taking food…but everything is well and amazing

Lovely stay

We stayed for two days. Property is excellent. Location is near to Fewa Lake. Room was large and comfortable, having mountain facing balcony. All toiletries were provided. Breakfast was testy having good options. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Mr. Suhant and Rakesh had good interaction with us. Definitely love to stay again.

Luxurious stay with delicious meals at an affordable price

A hotel packed with all the luxury for a family trip in an affordable cost - at 2 minutes walk to the main road and 5 minutes from the Phewa lake. We accidentally came across this street which is packed with big and small and spacious hotels - when we reached to the end of this street - we found this Hotel Iceland with huge space for car parking, swimming pool at the entrance, nice welcoming environment decorated with flower garden. Lush lobby, spacious restaurant with great food, hotel with elevator, all floors crafted to welcome guests. Clearly, we had not done online reservation of the hotel as we wanted to book a property basis our personal exploration and not based on online reviews and pics.
We opted for a family room which was pool facing and had a balcony which received day long sun shine. This was to our liking - sun light, breeze and open space. Room was super spacious with 1 double bed and 1 single bed for the kid. Neat and clean room packed with TV, Refrigerator, cupboard and aircon. We stayed here for two nights and the front desk, hotel staff, chef and the servers made our stay very comfortable and memorable.
I’d recommend this hotel for location, comfort and luxury in affordable price.

Comfortable and quiet

Comfortable rooms with great hot water. Ideal location. At the end of a quiet street just off the bustling Lakeside Drive. A short walk to the walking trail beside Fewa Lake with boat hire, etc. Near to excellent restaurants. And the hotel breakfast is also nice. Staff were great. Recommended! BTW Hotel Iceland is near to Hotel Greenland and Hotel Snowland,

So helpful towards a solo traveller!

Excellent experience from start to finish! As a solo traveller, I couldn’t recommend this establishment enough, everyone working there was very accommodating, helpful and kind towards me. They went above and beyond and organised everything that I needed help with! The rooms were nice didn’t spend much time in them and the breakfast was good, location is excellent.
