Best place to spend vacation

Well, this is my second time in this hotel. I went almost 4 year before also. As compared to last visit, they have improve alot. My wife was very happy to spend our vacation there and yes everything was perfect to spend the holiday. Staffs was excellent, they do their best to make our holiday better. Even we went to dhulikhel park, and hotel owner personally drop and pick up to us which was absolutely amazing. I would highly appreciate his efforts. We enjoy alot and only the small thing to improve is food quality. I hope they will do it. Thank you all for making our holiday memorable and we will definitely return again.

Awful hospitality

Donot trust their online committments.. they agree to one thing and then flip from their decision as per their convenience without any room for negotiation.. and on asking for what they committed on online reservation, they are rude enough to cancel your reservation, return your advance and send you off at late night.. that is how much they respect their guests.. kudos to the owners

Should be properly managed

We just had visit to this hotel during lockdown with friends. The view and the place was aesthetically pleasing but there are so many thing to be improved. Like the wire in the room should be managed and also amenities were not provided enough. Price was quite reasonable we had bbq and the drink on house. Because there was just one staff we know it's hard but to be really honest.. If this hotel is managed properly it could compete against the luxurious property. Staff name azay was working really hard to help the guest which is really good.

Poor

The staff were friendly and helpful but unfortunately the room wasn’t the same as I saw online. The room was different and the bathroom was terrible..(water leaking problem and very tiny to be called as a bathroom)
The food was bad.. no taste at all..
Lot of changes should be done for the betterment...

average accommodation

the accommodation according to the prices is reasonable. the staff are friendly.
great view and located in mids of dhulikhel, where you can enjoy the mystical langtang mountain ranges above and kavre valley beneath. good rooms. average fooding.
