Best Homestay

THE BEST HOMESTAY EVER!! Shekhar is the most chill man he took us on a late night tour of the city and showed us all the best local spots to eat in town. His home was so beautiful and had such an authentic feel. We loved hanging out with his family and making momos with his mum. Thank you so much you are a legend

Like at home

This place is one of those that we do not forget, and that we find difficult to leave. You immediately feel at home. The days are mild and time seems to stand still.
The spaces are conducive to great encounters, the rooms are comfortable and the equipment practical. Shekhar's availability, his help and his desire to share the secrets of Bhaktapur with you are a real positive point.

Home near the Himalaya

My stay in Bhaktapur was so amazing that I had to extend it, mostly thanks to Shekar and his wonderful shared house. He'll make you go around the city, advise hikes and treks in the area, and overall make you feel at home.
The room are really comfortable and the location is perfect: close to the center but quiet.
I highly recommend, for 2 nights or a few weeks!

Fantastic

Shekar is an exceptional guy, he brings you closer to the culture of the town by proposing all kinds of activities and makes the atmosphere of the house very welcoming.
The facilities are also very good, with a large, well-equipped kitchen and a rooftop from which you could see the mountains very well. In short, a wonderful experience, if we return to Bhaktapur we will stay at your house for sure

A gem in the heart of Bhaktapur

This place is a gem in the heart of Bhaktapur! I didn't stay here for the few nights I was in Bhaktapur but I was there every day :D Shekhar really made into a home. The rooms are very beautiful and the communal area was incredibly cozy. It is near a beautiful square where Shekhar took us to drink chai and hangout. Shekhar showed me all the ins and outs of the city. You get a true local feeling of the area. I hope to see you soon, Shekhar! <3
