Desert Camp

Great location just 5 km from the National Park entrance! The rooms are clean and comfortable. I loved the outdoor kitchen setup with the fridge and both electric and wood stoves. While there is a pool and a bar at the camp, keep in mind there is no restaurant on-site; you have to go to Sossusvlei Lodge nearby for meals. Overall, a very cool and well-maintained camp!

The best self catering experience in Namibia !

Completely stunning in every way - location and room facilities and pool/bar area. Staff were lovely. Best self catering experience for us on our 2 week trip around Namibia - 100% worth it! Thanks so much Desert Quiver - your attention to detail was appreciated and the praise well deserved.

Perfect as always

Broads for the third time in 8 years we stay at Desert Quiver Camp. It's all the same: Friendly welcome, refreshing drinks at the pool bar, a clean pool with towels, sunbeds and umbrellas, a well-equipped outdoor kitchen, company of wildlife at dinner & a cozy bed.
The only negative this time - there was almost no water coming from the showerhead.
Otherwise, as always, there is nothing to complain about. We would definitely come back!

This was like a dream!

Fantastic lodge, right in the Sahara. Nice pool, staff at the reception was only very stiff. At the other location you can eat buffet with live cooking in the evening. Nice location to sit, food was a bit less unfortunately.
