Home away from home
Cicco and staff were always ready to help us and tend to our needs.
It was lovely, like living in a forest.

You reserved two X two sleeper en suite cabanas in our eco resort.. very rarely after a big rain storm ants escape from their nests. We should have left you in your two sleeper en suite but decided to upgrade to our deluxe cabana. That cabana unfortunately experienced this ant problem. No other cabana has this unfortunate issue. We relocated you to another deluxe cabana. You didn't move from your deluxe cabana but told me you would stay there to relax braai and enjoy the space and you told me you would sleep in the unit we moved you too. In hindsight we should not have upgraded you as the cabana you were supposed to stay in was absolutely fine. We never have advertised as a luxurious resort. We are an eco friendly resort that refuses to spray pesticide into our piece of paradise. If we had sprayed I am sure the ants would have been killed. Luxurious resorts also have a hefty price tag. Our resort is not in that price range at all. We would have appreciated a comment on your upgrade. Next time please reserve accommodation that aligns with your luxurious preferences..

Lovely resort in the green!
Gala Gala has nice people who do everything to give you a good stay. The pools may be a bit small, but the sea is fantastic and fine within walking distance. You can book various activities and the village is nice to visit via a beach walk of +-30-40min walking. They also want to pick you up from GalaGala for a small fee and bring you to the village. It's an eco-resort and you're in Mozambique, so don't expect a luxury European hotel chain, but it's wonderful to stay and enjoy!
