Lovely place

What a lovely place this is! Staff is super friendly, all is clean and very well maintained. Tofo itself also is a sleepy, safe and charming village. We had bungalow 3 and 4 which are next to each other with an attached veranda (albeit with enough privacy). The views on the ocean where amazing. We managed to accidentally break a shampoo bottle and a deck chair, all was replaced with a smile. Breakfast is simple, but everything is home made. We really loved our stay here and can totally recommend this place!

Whoever comes to tofo finds in this hotel the best q is in Mozambique

Excellent staff -Adriano and Narciso and their teams took care of us in a typical way of Mozambicans.

So beautiul

I had an unbelieveble experience staying in Baia Sonambula!
The guest house is located right at the beach and is relatively easy to arrive. The bungalows are like straight out of a dream, everything is like in the pictures, and even better! Rooms are kept tidy and there is enough privacy. What a joy it is to go to sleep and wake up listening to the sea. The whole guest house is nice and small, it guarantees personal service. To all the friendly staff in the guest house, thank you from the bottom of my heart!

TOFO's best accommodation

we have frequented Tofo 4 times now and without doubt this is the place to stay. It really is a cut above everything on this amazing beach. Location is perfect, access to the beach is a short 200m walk, the staff are so obliging. I could go on and on. Just trust me on this - THERE ISNT A BETTER OPTION.

Little paradise in Tofo

Our 3rd visit to this small guesthouse in the middle of a green oasis with stunning views over the ocean.
The staff is super sweet and willing and managers Steffi and Gianluca are still their casual selves. Top couple.
Even though bookings are slow due to the political situation in Mozambique (which is not evident in this region), they remain optimistic and hopeful .
Just like the whole community there.
Breakfast was super tasty.
If I may give 1 flaw it is the need to provide air conditioning in the rooms.
In the very hot and humid climate, it is certainly not a luxury. I'm afraid more people are going to trip over this. One cannot recover from the heat and sleeping with windows open is not advisable because of malaria mosquitoes.
But besides that: a winner in Tofo!
