This wonderful place is just a 100meters away from the Embassy. The staff go out of their way to accommodate you. The best service I’ve ever had staying in Chis. Breakfast was amazing, room was super clean cozy and comfortable. I highly recommend the room with terrace it’s beautiful!!

Quiet horror

I don't recommend it!
Have pity on yourself, time and money.
Strict three as of 2024, no more.
I stayed at this hotel for one night, booked by my brother, who doesn’t understand the separate system, because I was very tired, I didn’t check.
What I understood is that when you take a call, always go and check the number and the condition itself, and then pay, but at 24.00 I was so tired.
The hotel looks deserted, damp and abandoned.
There is an elderly man at the reception and that’s it!
He gave me the change reluctantly... thinking that I didn’t count well.
There is no light on the floor at night! OK! She turned on the flashlight on her phone.
The water in the room was at room temperature; it was not possible to take in the wind.
There is no drinking water in the room. Not a single bottle.
Number for 3
In the morning, with my persistence, they finally made me coffee, but there was no milk... still the same only man.

Nothing nice about it really

Stayed here November 2021, when we arrived at 7am, they did not have our booking, there was one staff member who spoke limited English, the hotel was in darkness, we found out later it was actually closed. There was no where to get a cup of tea to warm up and the whole place was damp and miserable and pretty dated - not even in a nice oldie worldie way. WE only opted to stay as we could not get reservations elsewhere when we tried online. The rooms were freezing, the toilets were not flushing and the heating took a day to get going. I am sure in its day this would have been a nice hotel but not now. I know Moldova is not a tourist destination and make allowances for its poor economy however they charged handsomely - we were in hindsight, taken in by the name - it is not a Savoy as we know them.
