Very good service. Good breakfast Clean room.. The only downside is poor soundproofing. If your neighbors are loud, you can hear everything very well.

Great stay in

As per the title great stay had in this hotel during my holiday in Chisinau.
Hotel located 15 minutes walk from the center, with quiet rooms, comfortable bed and clean bathroom.
Breakfast varied, although I would also insert croissants.

Pleasant stay in Moldova

It was a pleasant stay. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, the 24-hour reception was convenient, and the breakfast was a highlight. The location is great, as it's close to the city and not too far from the airport.

Very unfriendly staff

Overall, the facilities were fine, though the WiFi was inconsistent.
The breakfast was perfectly adequate.
I liked the location, though it’s a solid, 15 minutes walk to the city centre, the area is quieter than the hectic main area of town.
What ruined my stay was the unfriendly nature of all the staff. I was there a week and never received a smile.
When I walked past reception I was never once greeted.
As i was alone, in a foreign city, it really made me feel more isolated and lonely.
I did not feel here like a welcomed guest, but as a nuisance.
It was a gloomy, oppressive atmosphere and I was happy to leave.

Don’t stay here!

Very rude and unfriendly staff, especially the lady in the reception. Not helpful at all. Very poor breakfast. The location is a bit outside the city center and this place is a bit hard to find. The room was not very clean and I found ants in the room. Find another place to stay!
