I feel you must fix these things for the next guests coming.

Some rooms smelled like mold and dust and when we told the electrician to come up to fix the internet, they didn’t come until two hours later and by the time they came we already told them to come up like five times. On the last three calls I had to be more disrespectful each time because they didn’t care or even listen. All they said was okay but they never did the work. In the end, we didn’t get to watch anything since they came up to fix it at 1 am in the morning. They also were disrespecting us because they thought we were just kids though we had two legal adults with us. They also refused to give us one extra towel because they said they couldn’t even though there was only four towels in a six person apartment. It is also unreasonable to charge half of the price of a one day room for one more hour after late check out.

Great Service!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and we truly appreciated all the services we received. The staff were caring, polite, friendly, and kind, and most importantly, they provided prompt and attentive service.
I would especially like to mention Chris (Than Tun), May Thu, Yu Par, Dionne, and the Revenue Manager, who helped make our reservation process so smooth.
Because of their exceptional care and hospitality, we will definitely come back whenever we visit Myanmar again. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable! ❤️

Enjoy moment

We stayed at apartment and we had a wonderful experience.The room and view was absolutely beautiful and the swimming pool was excellent as well.We would like to thank the receptionist Yupar who helped us from the moment we arrived until we checked out.We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Yangon

Highly recommended

I had a wonderful stay at Kanthayar Serviced Apartment. The service was excellent, and the staff were always friendly, cheerful, and welcoming. The apartment was spacious, very clean, quiet, and peaceful, making my stay truly comfortable and relaxing. It had all the facilities I needed, and the breakfast was also very good.
There is honestly nothing negative to say about my stay. Everything was perfect, and I really enjoyed my time here. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Kanthayar Serviced Apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay. ❤️
