Nice hotel with helpful staff

The hotel rooms are clean and nice. We organize a group meeting at this hotel and the staff helpfulness was remarkable. They tried to accommodate all our requests and attentive. However, for the catering, we had a bit inconvenience to serve a big group due to the shortage of catering staff. Its room charges are reasonable.

Is not worth this price

We arrived to the town in the night without reservation, so we went to first hotel. They offer us room in the building 53$ per night, or bungalow per 43$ - it was already 2 in the night so we decide pay 43$ for bungalow. Until the morning we really saw how room looks like - it was really dirty, with dirty walls, windows etc. for next night we found hotel near to this one per 25$ per night, with so much better standard.

It is basic

There is nothing about elegance or luxury. It is basic. Not nice or great decor - just basic. The instalations are not well done. You see that the workers were asked to work fast and save money. It is clean. It is nothing special.

Good Service

We are arrive Nay pyi taw for business reason and we stayed in this. Rooms are clean, comfort, amenities are standard and service of staffs are very excellent especially Ms. May Hnin Phyu from restaurant.

The first hotel that will give you a little bit of creep

I'll start by saying that this hotel is quite nice on the outside. I think most of the hotels in NPT. I was in NPT for a week for a meeting and during those days, I stayed in this hotel. Well, when we first arrived, the first problem we encountered is that only one of the staff could actually understand English, the rest, you have to explain it to them at least twice. When we went to our rooms, we realized that only the four of us are there as their guests, which creep us out, add up the lights that is off when went to third floor where our rooms are at. But when we went inside our room, it was huge which is the way I like it. But one thing that bothered me is the air condition that was kinda noisy. During my stay, it rained a lot and you can hear the raindrops. Wifi is sometimes slow. The food that they served was repetitive, so one night, we went to another hotel with good food. Also, there are mosquitoes in the lobby which freaked us out knowing that there's also a malaria outbreak in this country. The good thing is that we manage to survive staying in this hotel.
